Shipping And Returns Policies

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

To make a return, email Info@gram-gold.com.com for a Return Authorization #. Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Returns that did not receive an RA # may not be accepted and will in that case be returned to sender. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.A.E Postal Service. It is also recommend that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well a tracking number for your package. 

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records as well as our company flyer for future purchases. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

Please note All SALE, Personalized Orders and Custom Pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.

Loveandpieces.com reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Love and Pieces ALWAYS offers Free Shipping in the United States on all orders and FREE International Shipping when you spend 1000 or more before taxes and or shipping at our online jewelry boutique. Currently internationally shipping to Australia, Colombia, France, Ireland, Spain, Belgium, United Kingdom, Canada, UAE, Israel, Italy, Brazil, New Zealand and Sweden. All orders over 3000 will need to be signed for unless you request an exception.

All International orders that do not include free shipping will be sent International Mail for a flat fee of $15.00. Any taxes / duties due upon International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 business days, and will arrive in 2 – 3 business days after shipped . In the case an item is out of stock, you will be notified. Certain designers make the pieces when the item is ordered, if this is the case please allow for extra time on delivery. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.   

Gram Gold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. 

Made to Order and Personalized Orders May Take 2-6 WEEKS TO SHIP. If you order other items in addition to a made to order or personalized item, they will all ship together.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.

Can I return my jewelry?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Email us at Info@gram-gold.com to get a return authorization number.

 

Do you offer gift wrap?

There is no need to to select gift wrap when ordering from Love & Pieces as we gift wrap every single order. Most pieces will arrive in our signature box with a bow, over-sized pieces that do not fit in our box will still come gift wrapped with our logo and bow.

If ordering a gift you will have the option of adding a gift message at check out and we will not include the prices on the order form sent with the package.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Stripe payment processing as well as Paypal for all orders at our online jewelry boutique.

I received a gift and I want to exchange it for something else. What should I do?

To make an exchange, email Info@gram-gold.com , along with a note that you would like to make an exchange. Upon receipt of the item back, we will create and send to you a store credit that you can apply towards the purchase of any other item on our online jewelry boutique. All exchanges must be unused and in salable condition. Request for an exchange of a gift must be made in a timely matter. Gifts that have purchased with a coupon and or discount code are not eligible for an exchange. Please see our Shipping and Return Policy for further information. 

What is your policy on coupon codes and promotions?

Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased. Only one discount and or promotion code may be used per purchase. 

Can I make changes to my personalized piece?

Changes cannot be made on personalized pieces as they are made to order, all custom and personalized pieces are Final Sale. Please make sure you double check your personalized order before placing it as it is Final Sale.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales Tax will be collected for orders being placed 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Here at Gram Gold we collect your contact information including name, email, address, phone and website referrer and  source.  We may use this information to personalize advertising offers and content you are sent or see.  We may also use this information to better serve you with customer service, conduct research, or contact you about your order or potential order or specific products.

We take your security seriously and we have taken appropriate measures to ensure your information is protected accordingly.  Furthermore we use a PCI compliant checkout process to further protect your billing information.
